Wisconsin Wetlands Association is thrilled to have been invited to join Community Shares of Wisconsin, a member-directed federation that raises money to support its 52 member agencies that work for social, economic, and environmental justice at the local, state, and national levels. Member agencies like Wisconsin Wetlands Association will receive 100% of your gift when it comes through Community Shares.

If your workplace is one of the more than 90 in Wisconsin that offers a workplace giving campaign through Community Shares (see complete list here), you can contribute to Wisconsin Wetlands Association during your workplace giving campaign.

Payroll Deduction
One of the easiest ways for you to give to the Wisconsin Wetlands Association through Community Shares of Wisconsin is through payroll deduction. On your pledge form, you can elect to authorize your employer to deduct a set amount from each pay period until your full pledge is paid in full. By using payroll deduction, you can spread out the total amount of your contribution over a longer period of time - which may even make it possible for you to make a larger gift.

Both public and private employers offer workplace giving - more than 90 employers, including federal agencies, the State of Wisconsin, the University of Wisconsin, Dane County, and the City of Madison, offer Community Shares of Wisconsin as a giving option for their employees in Wisconsin. Community Shares withholds from member agencies and publications the names and addresses of any donors wishing to remain anonymous. In addition, Community Shares donor names cannot be sold or traded and member agencies may not solicit donors who give to them through Community Shares.
