Wisconsin Wetlands Association is delighted to be raffling off two Vortex Solo Waterproof monoculars at each of two events this September: the Train Ride into Tiffany Wildlife Area field trip on September 10th and Lulu Rendezvous, WWA's 2005 Annual Meeting and Field Day on September 24th.
Why get excited about a monocular? Binoculars are often too large or heavy to bring along in the field, yet having optics can be an essential part of an enjoyable, safe wetland adventure. The Vortex Solo delivers sharp, close-up images in a small package. It's rugged, comfortable, and waterproof; you'll never have to worry about the elements or internal fogging. Slip it in your pocket and head out into the wetlands! It's the perfect companion for your outdoor adventures. Read more about the Vortex Solo Monocular
Thank you to our 2005 Field Trip Series Sponsor Eagle Optics for donating these monoculars.
The proceeds from the raffle of these monoculars (retail value $59.95 each) will support the wetland conservation programs of Wisconsin Wetlands Association.
Raffle # 1 The first raffle drawing will be held on Saturday, September 10th, at 9:45 AM at the start of our Train Ride into Tiffany Wildlife Area field trip -- just in time for the lucky winners to field test the monoculars! Raffle # 2 The second raffle drawing will be held on Saturday, September 24th, at 12:15 PM at the conclusion of WWA's Annual Meeting. The drawing location will be Lulu Lake Preserve at N9564 Nature Rd. just north of Troy Center in Walworth County, WI.
