| OTHER SOURCES OF FUNDING FOR STUDENTS INCLUDE:
- If you are a student member of the Society of Wetland Scientists, we encourage you to apply to the North Central Chapter's Student Travel Grant program, which in recent years has provided selected students financial support to attend professional meetings such as WWA's conference.
The Wetland Foundation provides travel grants for students to attend wetland-focused conferences.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
WWA will refund registration payments for cancellations made on or before Friday, February 5, 2010. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made after February 5th - within one week of the conference - because of costs incurred by our organization (for meals, printed materials, etc.). Cancellations can be made by phone (608-250-9971), email (registration[at]wisconsinwetlands.org) or mail (must be received by February 5th; mail to 222 S. Hamilton St. #1 Madison, WI 53703). Substitute participants are welcome, but please notify our office of substitutes by Monday, February 8. Thank you for understanding our need for this policy. ACCOMMODATIONS - PLAZA HOTEL & SUITES
WWA's 2010 conference will be held in Eau Claire, located in the rolling hills and river valleys of Western Wisconsin. The Eau Claire area offers natural beauty, outdoor recreation, a rich heritage and unique attractions and activities. Click here to learn more about the Eau Claire area.
WWA has reserved a block of rooms at the Plaza Hotel & Suites, the facility where all of the indoor elements of our conference program will be held. These rooms will be held for WWA conference participants until January 27th, so book before then to guarantee yourself a room at the hotel. (The low group rate is still available after January 27th.)
WWA GROUP RATES & RESERVATIONS - Guaranteed group room block available until January 27 (group rate available through conference)
Rooms: $70 single / $89 double (government rate that applies to all WWA conference registrants).
