REGISTRATION FEES
We recognize that the registration fees this year are somewhat higher than fees for our past conferences. This increase reflects the fact that we are providing lunch on one day of the conference (at the request of the majority of last year's participants) as well as increasing costs of planning this growing event and its expanded program. Thank you for understanding that it is critical to our organization that we cover the costs associated with hosting this event. Registration fees include:
  • Access to all conference sessions and field trips
  • Printed conference program with abstracts
  • Lunch on Day 1 as well as coffee and refreshments throughout
  • Canvas bag featuring our new wetland biodiversity logo
  • Early Bird Rates*Both Days Wed. onlyThurs. only
    WWA Members $100 $65 $45
    Non-members** $120 $75 $55
    Students*** $40 $30 $20

    * Register before December 20, 2005 to take advantage of early bird registration rates below (add $10 to your registration after December 20th)
** Join WWA with your conference registration to take advantage of reduced member registration rates.
*** A limited number of scholarships (for registration and travel) to attend the conference are available for students and others with demonstrated need. To be considered for a scholarship, please complete a scholarship application form and email it to programs@wiscwetlands.org by January 6, 2006. Scholarship recipients will be notified by Friday, January 13, 2006.

    REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
To register for the conference, simply complete a registration form (
click here to download - PDF, 0.6 MB) and return it to WWA along with your registration payment. We prefer that you pay for registration fees by check because it saves us credit card transaction fees. However, if you would like to pay by credit card, you may do so by completing the credit card payment section on your registration form.

Wisconsin Wetlands Association is pleased to be partnering with the Invasive Plants Association of Wisconsin (IPAW) on some programmatic connections between our consecutive conferences in 2006. The IPAW forum will feature practical information for wetland managers who are combatting invasive plants. Learn more about this conference at www.ipaw.org or download IPAW's registration form here (PDF, 0.5 MB).

BANQUET: In Search of the Ivory-billed Woodpecker
We will hold our conference banquet in the evening of Thursday, February 2. The banquet will be open to the public and will feature a presentation from Jim Fitzpatrick on the Ivory-Billed Woodpecker expedition. Visit our
banquet program webpage for more information about this presentation and the speaker.

This ticketed event is open both to conference participants ($30) and the general public ($35). Conference participants will be given first priority for tickets until December 20, our early bird registration deadline for the conference. Dinner will include a poultry and a vegetarian entree option. Purchase a banquet ticket with your conference registration or by calling WWA at 608-250-9971.

For more information, contact Laura England at 608-250-9971 or programs@wiscwetlands.org.
